More decimal precision needed in Advanced model output

Troubleshooting

Problem

When I execute a modeling node (e.g., Logistic Regression or GenLin node) in Modeler, the parameter estimates are rounded to 3 decimal points, which is often insufficient precision for the predictors that I use. When the scale of the predictor is large, the coefficient may be very small and yet significant. However, a coefficient of 0.000122, for example, will be rounded to 0.000 in the Logistic Regression output. Is there an option that will let me increase the number of decimal places for display of the coefficients?
