IBM Tivoli Netcool/Impact 7.1.0.39 ships with a new Monaco-based policy editor as the default code editor for JavaScript and IPL policies. Monaco is the same editor engine that powers Visual Studio Code, and it replaces the legacy Dojo-based editor with a significantly richer development experience.
