Problem
The language displayed in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) web UI are inconsistent and mixed.
Symptom
Some menu options and headings are displayed in the language of the Jazz Team Server installation others appear to be displayed in the same language as the client machine OS or Jazz Team Server host machine OS.
For example:
All menus options are displayed in the German language, where as headings are displayed in the English language.
