Summary
IBM i Virtual Partition Manager (VPM), in System Service Tools (SST), supports up to 4 client partitions of an IBM i host partition.
No support exists for automatically importing a Virtual Partition Manager configuration into a Hardware Management Console (HMC) partition profile. This document provides procedures for the manual migration from VPM to HMC.
