Problem
This technote explains why some files may not appear to be under IBM® Rational® ClearCase® source control from the Microsoft® Visual Studio .NET 2002 and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 development environment as they do not have the blue lock icon to indicate they are under source control.
