Problem
Connecting to PPES server from PPES admin tool on NT. After clicking OK on set security dialog, you receive the following error: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library: Runtime error! C:\PROGRAM FILES\COGNOS\CER1\BIN\PPSRVADM.EXE abnormal program termination.
