Problem

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Exporter_tb'.

Symptom

  • The error occurs immediately after initiating a communication session (transmission) with a File Copy type of communication profile.
  • When the error pops up, the only option is to click OK. At that point, the software seems to freeze for a while, then will return to the previous screen.
  • The data file for the communication profile does not appear in the expected location.
  • The documents to be sent remain in the Out Box.
  • The documents to be sent may get stuck in Processing.
  • The error occurs regardless of whether the communication session is initiated manually or by Process Control.
  • The error occurs for all partners and all outbound document types that use the communication profile.
  • Error "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query
    'Exporter_tb'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly."
