Problem

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Agency'.

Symptom

       
  • Gentran:Director for Windows, Release 5.4 
  •    
  • Windows XP SP2
  •    
  • Cannot create a new Application Integration map
  •    
  • Start > Programs > Commerce Connection32 > Gentran Director Application Integration > File > New   produces a Microsoft Jet database error.
  •    
  • The User DSN tab of the ODBC Data Source Administrator window does have a data source named "GENTRAN Standards" 
  •    
  • The GENTRAN Standards data source is using STANDARD.MDB as its database
  •    
  • The value of the LastODBCDSN register key contains a value other than GENTRAN Standards
Error Message

GENTRAN:Director - Application Integration:  The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Agency'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

Cause: The value of the LastODBCDSN register key contains a value other than GENTRAN Standards
