Troubleshooting
Problem
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Agency'.
Symptom
- Gentran:Director for Windows, Release 5.4
- Windows XP SP2
- Cannot create a new Application Integration map
- Start > Programs > Commerce Connection32 > Gentran Director Application Integration > File > New produces a Microsoft Jet database error.
- The User DSN tab of the ODBC Data Source Administrator window does have a data source named "GENTRAN Standards"
- The GENTRAN Standards data source is using STANDARD.MDB as its database
- The value of the LastODBCDSN register key contains a value other than GENTRAN Standards
GENTRAN:Director - Application Integration: The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Agency'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.
Cause: The value of the LastODBCDSN register key contains a value other than GENTRAN Standards
