Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks 'Reports - Run'. User chooses a report, and clicks 'Send to Application' (or if they prefer, 'Preview').
Excel appears to open (on the taskbar) but no report appears. If the user clicks on the Excel icon, an error appears.
Symptom
Error when click on Excel:
English:
Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action.
German:

If the user clicks 'OK' to that message, the report appears to continue to run. However, a few seconds later, the same error appears.
This continues many times. Even if the user clicks OK many times, the report never appears to finish.
