Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller. User clicks on a menu item (e.g. the 'X' button) which launches the Controller Excel link - this causes Microsoft Excel to open. Afterwards, user then launches TM1 Perspectives (via the standard 'Perspectives' icon). User clicks on the 'Explorer' (Server Explorer) TM1 toolbar icon. Server Explorer successfully appears. User then expands 'TM1', and then (underneath) double-clicks on any of the cubes (expecting to logon to them). An error appears.
