Question
The Microsoft EWS probe is configured for Basic Authentication and SSL but the probe does not connect.
Log file shows.
Error: E-JPR-000-000: Failed to connect; ProbeException: Failed to connect to Exchange at given service URL of https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx; ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401); ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401); HttpErrorException: The remote server returned an error: (401)
What causes this behavior?
