Question
The Microsoft EWS probe was configured using the self-signed certificate method to confirm connectivity from probe server.
Even though the probe and Microsoft Exchange server was configured as documented the probe failed to connect and returned an error message following successful authentication.
Error: E-JPR-000-000: Failed to connect; ProbeException: Failed to connect to Exchange at given service URL of https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx; ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (403)Forbidden
