Troubleshooting
Problem
When you start your support cluster members after upgrading IBM Business Process Manager to a new version, you might notice a CWLLG1031E exception code in the support cluster member SystemOut.log file.
Symptom
You can see the following exceptions in the FFDC log file when you start the messaging cluster member:

You can see exceptions in the support cluster member or application cluster member SystemOut.log file that are similar to the following text:
