Problem
Message: Either entries are incorrect or Connection is down
The node to connect to is an IBM Connect:Direct Windows
Protocol: TCP/IP
user authentication method: userid and password.
Launch a web browser and enter the following URL to connect to the IBM Connect:Direct Web Console.
https://<hostname:port>/cdws-ui/index.html
Use User Functions
Select Node to which you want to connect
Fill in userid and password
Press Sign In
The message occurs:
