Problem
MDTM returns the time stamp in Local time zone as opposed to GMT time zone
Symptom
In ftpserver.properties there is below parameter,
# By
default, the MDTM command will return GMT time per the RFC specification.
# Set isMdtmGMT to be false if you want to return local
time.
isMdtmGMT=true
Even though it is set to true when we ftp to the server(GIS) and do "quote mgmt <filename>", it returns local time of when it is created/modified.
Example:
ftp> open <hostname>

Resolving The Problem
Removed trailing white space from the end of the
isMdtmGMT=true in the ftpserver.properties file.
