MDM package install in Pure Application System failed during CheckDBVersionTask with java.io.FileNotFoundException

Troubleshooting


Problem

In PureSystem MDM installation may fail when invoked after applying security hardening.

Symptom

During package deployment you may see exceptions:

CRIMA1076E ERROR: Error during "install" phase:
CRIMA1076E ERROR: Error executing the /opt/IBM/MDM/server/mds/scripts/madconfig.sh command: status=1.

Log file content contain the following
Buildfile: build.xml

pre_check_db_version:
Creating new property file: /opt/IBM/MDM/server/properties/pre_check_db_version.properties
