McNemar test won't run because one variable is a constant

Troubleshooting

Problem

I am trying to show change in diagnostic status from pretreatment to posttreatment and 3 month follow-up. At pretreatment, all 12 cases had diagnosis. At posttreatment, 7 of 11 (1 case missing) had diagnosis and at follow-up, 6 of 12 had diagnosis. I want to use the McNemar test to show whether there is a statistical difference between pre and post and pre and follow-up. I have tried to use the McNemar test by choosing that option in the Statistics dialog. The message in the output reads that it can't complete the analysis because all 12 cases had diagnosis at pretreatment. How can I get these results?
