The 'MaxOccurs' attribute is not supported in this context
Cause
The schema is incorrectly using the maxOccurs attribute on a Named Group

Resolving the problem
According to the XML Schema Specifications a Named Group Definition cannot use the minOccurs and maxOccurs attributes. They should be used when the group is referred to.
Modify the Schema so the minOccurs and maxOccurs attribute are not used in the Named Group Definition.
