Troubleshooting
Problem
WebSphere security errors (SECJ) are written to SystemOut.log after enabling Application Server Security with Maximo Asset Management on WebSphere Application Server.
Symptom
SystemOut.log contains multiple WebSphere security errors, in this format:
SECJ0369E Authentication failed when using LTPA. The exception is com.ibm.websphere.security.auth.AuthenticationFailedException: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials].
SECJ0118E: Authentication error during authentication for user yastrzem08
SECJ0053E: Authorization failed for /UNAUTHENTICATED while invoking (Bean)MAXIMO#mboejb.jar#accesstokenprovider getAccessToken::3 is not granted any of the required roles: maximouser
