Maximo application that fails to start with a “FAILED” state message when the server is started.
WebLogic starts as a Windows Service every time but the deployed Maximo application that fails to start with a “FAILED” state message when the server is started. Log into the WebLogic console and start services on the Maximo application, it starts correctly.
Check for errors on the maximoserver.log such as these to confirm this is the same issue:
