Abstract

This document describes how to download IBM® Maximo® for Service Providers 7.5.2 from the Passport Advantage web site.

Download Description

You can download the product and the Quick Start Guide in multiple languages from Passport Advantage.

1. Go to the Passport Advantage site and sign in.
2. Download the CIT5JML.zip file. It contains the IBM Maximo for Internal Service Providers and IBM Maximo for Managed Service Providers products.
3. Extract the contents of the .zip file to the folder that you want to install the product from.

Prerequisites

  • Before you install the product, read the Quick Start Guide. It is included in the zip file that you download.
  • Review release notes for this product.

    Release notes provide links to technotes that contain additional information about the installation of this product. If no additional information is needed for the product installation, you receive a message that no documents match your search query.
