Troubleshooting
Problem
Maximo provides a link to the HTTP Server to serve attached documents even though System Property mxe.doclink.securedAttachment=true. Maximo is expected to be using a servlet instead.
Symptom
When System Property mxe.doclink.securedAttachment=true, links to attached documents are expected to be something like:
http(s)://<host>/servlet/secureprovider/?file=<encoded file name>&uisessionid=<nn>
Instead, we see
http(s)://<host>/ATTACHMENTS/<filename>
If the HTTP server is configured to not longer serve documents, there is also a 404 error in the browser
