Problem
Documentation about error message that prevents Maximo to generate PM forecast.
Symptom
When you try to create a PM Forecast get the error message:
BMXAA4129E Record already exists for Organization=, Site=,Job plan Id=TEST, Progress Map Sequence=10. Ensure that the key value for the given record is unique.
