Problem
In a Maximo database on Microsoft© SQL Server, enable row versioning to reduce or eliminate resource locking.
Symptom
Database locks are seen in the database, for example
Transaction (Process ID 356) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim.
