Troubleshooting
Problem
On running IBM Decision Optimization Center (IDOC) on the Work Order list with "Schedule No Earlier Than" constraint ("Schedule Window?" checkbox ticked), the IDOC does not consider the constraint.
1) Create a Work Order (WO) with the Scheduled Start Date in the future (2 days ahead).
2) Provide a 'Schedule No Earlier Than' date of 1 day before the Scheduled Start Date (1 day ahead).
3) Create Graphical Assignment including the WO in the Where clause (step 1).
4) Create Spatial Scheduling Scenario on the GA record and click “Run Optimisation”.
5) Navigate to “Constraints” tab on the Spatial Scheduling Optimisation popup window and select “Schedule Window?” (above screenshot).
Symptom
The constraints are not taken into effect unless BOTH “Schedule No Earlier Than“ and “Schedule No Later Than“ dates are specified.
