Troubleshooting
Problem
There are times when a mobile display is desired using the Maximo Everyplace functionality which provides a fast method to view Maximo content from mobile devices. Maps can be displayed, however there may be a slightly different method of navigation comapred to the desktop app and the map configuration needs to be present.
Symptom
Unable to see maps for the Maximo Everyplace Technician application; there is no Map tab.
