Maximo dialog not showing due to custom code - class loader problem

Troubleshooting


Problem

Maximo application was customized to include a custom bean class. On successful deployment, Maximo application dialog box which uses the custom code stopped displaying. No errors were shown on the screen.

Symptom

No errors on the screen. Empty dialog box
