Troubleshooting
Problem
At times Maximo database may have too many database connections in inactive state and DBA's may complain about too many database connections in the database. This may lead to someone thinking there are database connection leaks. The issue may not be a database connection leak instead it is merely long running database connections that have not closed connections.
Symptom
Too many database connections in the database. Complaints from DBA's.
