IBM Support

Matching JMS requests with replies when using a common reply queue

Troubleshooting

Problem

Using the correlation features of the JMS transport in IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT)

Symptom

You have a common request and reply queue where multiple messages are to be sent.

You cannot use temporary reply destinations for your requests.

Your test is using request-reply message exchange pattern and shows random failures. These might show as subscriber timeouts with missing messages or incorrect messages being received.
