Problem
These errors can happen using both HTTP or HTTPS communication with the Javascript CMS examples in
Symptom
Using © Microsoft IIS 7.0 the error message received using HTTPS is
Server Error :
HTTPS error 404 - File or Directory not found.
And the Error message received using HTTP is
Server Error in Application "Default Web Site/Cognos10/cgi-bin"
HTTP Error 404.11 - Not Found
The request filtering module is configured to deny a request that contains a double escape sequence.
