Summary
Our business is looking for the option to track field technicians on a map (on nearly real time basis). Functionality should be able to take into consideration traffic (for example Google maps) and allow to assign new work assignments to labor to attend client request in a timely manner.
How can we achieve this functionality in our existing Maximo configuration?
