Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to run map test a SOAP Error is displayed:

WOODSTOCK TEMPLATE javax.xml.soap.SOAPException
The StdErrOut.txt report located in the folder where the .txo file is indicates this line:
Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
