Map extent is not displayed when an invalid Bing key is specified

Troubleshooting

Problem

If you specify Bing as a map provider for a map manager, but the Bing Maps Key value you provide is invalid, no error message is produced and a blank map extent is displayed.

Symptom

To reproduce the error condition:
1- Open the Map Manager application.
2- Open a Map Manager record configured for mobile devices.
3- Edit Bing Maps Key Field to set an invalid key and then save the record.
4- Open the Work Execution application on a mobile device.
5- Sign in and open the map from a work order list view or open a work order record and access the map.

Expected: Error message informing that map provider key is not configured correctly.

Actual Results: White map extent is displayed.
