Troubleshooting
Problem
Periodically, one or more files are failing their routing in File Gateway. The failure occurs during the Mailbox Add Service portion of the FileGatewaySendMessage business process with a "Mandatory Parameter Missing Error" for the Document ID.
Symptom
- Errors in the mailbox.log file
- ERROR [MailboxAddService] - setting WFC Status to ERROR with Advanced Status [Mandatory Parameter Missing Error]
- ERROR [1392369827100] loading document has errorNo document with ID = <Document ID #>
- ERRORDTL [1392369827100]com.sterlingcommerce.woodstock.workflow.DocumentNotFoundException: loading document has errorNo document with ID = <Document ID #>
- Failures are intermittent
- The Advanced Status column of the business process flow and Process Data both show "Mandatory Parameter Missing Error" in the Mailbox Add Service
- The "<AddResults/>" XML tag in Process Data shows no results from the Mailbox Add Service.
