Troubleshooting
Problem
During the install of Db2® you may receive "A major error occurred while installing "DB2 Server Edition " after Task "Setting Db2 Library Path".
Installing to a specific path failed but it can install in different paths.
For example:
db2_install "/opt/IBM/db2" failed
db2_install "/opt/ibm/db2" succeed

Symptom
Following error message in db2_install.log:

A major error occurred while installing "DB2 Server Edition " on this
computer. The installation cannot continue. If the problem persists contact
your technical service representative.
