Steps

Change Summary: We are updating our wildcard TLS certificate for all SAAS customers (US and EU) and our threatfeed endpoint (https://websvc.resilientsystems.com) because the current certificate will expire in early February. There is no expected impact from changing the certificate. We are not manipulating TLS settings (i.e ciphers, protocols) during this change. Any modern browser should have no issue with the certificate change.

Customers Affected: All Resilient SaaS customers and on-premise customers

Change Window: 9PM – 10PM EST, Thursday, February 1st, 2018

Expected Impact:

SaaS Customers: Your Resilient system may be periodically unavailable during the maintenance window.

On-Premise Customers: Your Resilient system remain available during the maintenance window however access to Resilient threat feeds will be interrupted for up to 1 hour.

Customer Action Required: None

Additional Notes:

In the event that SaaS customers have implemented custom automation or software for the purpose of integrating with their Resilient SaaS appliance, customers may need to accept/allowlist the new certificate.
