Mailbox manager (mclient.exe) fails to open when using Gentran:Server for Microsoft Windows V5.3.1 on MS Server 2012

Problem

Event Viewer displays AppCrash on Mclient.exe When you click on mailbox manager, a windows pop up message occurs and the UI screen does not open. After you attempt to open the mailbox manager multiple times, it does open.
