Problem
You've configured an email listener in Maximo Asset Management to retrieve emails from an Office 365 mailbox using OAUTH2 authentication.
The listener runs every 5 minutes, but you're encountering frequent errors like "Mail server connection error for [email protected]" in the Maximo logs.
Error Message:
