MaaS360 Minor Portal Maintenance on June 29, 2018 will be across all 6 Portal Instances at  times outlined below:
M3 (North America)                June 29,   10:00 PM ET - 1:00 AM ET
        M1 (North America)                June 29    10:00 PM ET - 1:00 AM ET 
        M2 (European)                        June 29,   10:00 PM ET - 1:00 AM ET
        M4 (AsiaPAC-Singapore)        June 29,   10:00 AM ET - 1:00 PM ET        
        M5 (AsiaPAC-India)                June 29,   10:00 AM ET - 1:00 PM ET
        M6 (European)                        June 29,   10:00 PM ET - 1:00 AM ET        

Reason:  Infrastructure Release : OS and DB patching 
Impact During Minor Portal Maintenance: The following services will be unavailable during this maintenance window: New Enrollments, End User Portal, Cloud Extender Functions (Actions initiated from the portal UI, re-enrollments, Shared Device New user AD sign in, AD/LDAP Functions) and Admin portal AD/LDAP Authentication.
Impact Post Maintenance: None

MaaS360 TLS v1.0 Support Deprecation

On June 25, 2018 the MaaS360 Platform will deprecate the TLS v1.0 security protocol.   This will require updates of older apps, agents, cloud extender and web services.

Future Portal Maintenance Updates 
The below date will be allocated for MaaS360 upcoming portal maintenance.  Portal maintenance typically runs from 10 PM ET to 4 AM ET. Note: Customers on AsiaPac instance maintenance for Code releases will typically run Sat from 6 AM ET – 1 PM ET and for Infrastructure releases maintenance will typically run on Friday  from 10 AM ET – 1 PM ET.

July:    July 13, 2018 (M4 AsiaPac ONLY Site move)
July:        July 27, 2018 (Code Release) * Starting with this release M4 site maintenance will occur on the Monday following release from 12-5 PM EST
