LSF Process Manager creates temp file with double extension that McAfee Endpoint Security tool would block the execution of the file

Troubleshooting

Problem

When LSF Process Manager submits a job to LSF, it creates a temp file under the %tmp% directory and executes it.
The temp file name is like C:\Users\joinsmith\AppData\Local\Temp\JS_B86F.tmp.bat.
McAfee Endpoint Protection rule can prevent Process Manager from executing a temp file, which includes two extensions in its name (tmp.bat).
Process Manager stops working, and you could see many of error messages in the Process Manager log file:
JFLSFExecutionAgent::_submitToLSF: Line: 776, _executeCommand() failed: 101.
JFJobExecutionAgent::_executeCommand: Line: 1910, CreateProcess() failed: error 5: Access is denied.
