LSF job shell use

Does LSF start a job using a new login shell, or an interactive non-login shell, or neither?
By default LSF starts jobs using /bin/sh. It is not a login shell and it does not read ~/.profile
.
You need to use the -L option for bsub to use a login shell
You need to use the -I/Is options for bsub to use an interactive shell.
