Losing the network connection between 2 cluster nodes results in one node no longer processing

Troubleshooting

Problem

Losing the network connection between 2 cluster nodes for more than a few seconds can lead to a situation that will lock UDP communication on the node that is the token node which can only be fixed by restarting the token node.

Symptom

The node that is not the token/primary node is up and running, but will not run any business processes. Even a restart of the secondary node does not fix the problem
