Troubleshooting
Problem
Login to Maximo using shortcut saved in browser's favorite, you will receive Error 404. Refreshing the browser or re-entering the URL may enable you to login successfully.
Symptom
This error is observed if you have enabled mxe.useAppServerSecurity to 1 and configured web.xml to use FORM based auth-method.
