Login error CWWKE1200W in LSF Application Center 10.2.0.7 and earlier

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users can not log in LSF Application Center 10.2.0.7 and earlier. The error is found in the $GUI_CONFDIR/../logs/host_name/messages.log file.
com.ibm.ws.threading.internal.ThreadPoolController  W CWWKE1200W:  All threads in the Liberty default executor appear to be hung.  Liberty automatically increased the number of threads from 64 to 64.  However, all threads still appear to be hung.

Resolving The Problem

  1. Edit $GUI_CONFDIR/jvm.options file.
    Increase values of coreThreads and maxThreads.
    -Ddefault.executor.coreThreads
    -Ddefault.executor.maxThreads
  2. Restart LSF Application Center.
    $ pmcadmin stop
    $ pmcadmin start
