Logging in to Sterling InFlight Data Management

About this task

Note: To see data with Sterling InFlight Data Management you must have a company administratorgive you access and assign a business view to your login.

Toaccess Sterling InFlight Data Management use the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Have you already registered for Sterling Customer Center or haveyou been given a link to connect to Sterling InFlight Data Management
    Note: Buttons for English and localized languages are displayedabove the login panel. If you select one of these localized languagesyour Display Language will be set to that language and any screensand services that have been localized in that language will be displayedin your Display Language. The default is English. If you select anotherlanguage you can return to English by either clicking the English buttonon the login screen or within Sterling Customer Center editthe Display Settings from the My Account page. More information isavailable in the Sterling Customer Center onlinehelp.
  2. Click Join Now.

    Theregistration user agreement displays.

  3. Read the user agreement select the check box and click Next.

    The Customer Center Registration formdisplays.

  4. Complete the User Information pageand click Next to continue.
    Note: Rememberthe e-mail address and password you enter in the User Information page.You will need this information to log in.
  5. Continue through any additional pages and click Finish.

    A confirmation message displays.

  6. In the Customer Center Confirmation windowclick Click here to Login to confirm that youhave successfully registered yourself for Sterling Customer Center.
  7. Log in to Sterling Customer Center. Youmay be prompted to reset your password. If so choose a new passwordand confirm it.
    Note: Add the Sterling Customer Center siteto your Favorites list in your Web browser.

    You now have accessto other IBM? servicessuch as the online documentation libraries and Support Center withouthaving to log in again.

  8. You may be directed automatically to Sterling InFlight Data Management. If not click InFlight DataManagement from the menu at the left side of the Sterling Customer Center screen.
