Logging In

You must log into Sterling Customer Center to access Sterling Report Visibility.

Before you begin

Note: It is recommended that you avoid using your browser buttons to navigate Sterling Report Visibility and Sterling Customer Center. Instead use only the buttons provided on each page to navigate between pages.

To log into Sterling Customer Center and access Sterling Report Visibility:

Procedure

  1. In your browser window navigate to https://customer.sterlingcommerce.com to display the Sterling Customer Center login page.
  2. In the E-Mail Address field enter the address you define during registration.
    Note: : The account e-mail address is not case-sensitive.
  3. In the Password field enter the password you defined during registration and then click Sign In.
    Note: : The account e-mail password is case-sensitive.

    Either the Sterling Customer Center Home page or Sterling Report Visibility Home page displays.

  4. If the Sterling Customer Center Home page displays perform one of the following to access Sterling Report Visibility:
    • From the navigation menu on the left select Report Visibility.
    • From the as-a-Service menu select Business Integration Suite > Report Visibility.
