Log X-Forwarded-For HTTP header value as client ip address

Question & Answer

Question

When there is a load balancer in front of reverse proxy, sometimes the client address in IP header points load balancer instead of real client address. In that case, the load balancer set real client address into X-Forwarded-For http header. The question is how to log X-Forwarded-For value as client ip address in request.log and audit.log.
