Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer has deployed TM1 as part of a Controller FAP functionality implementaton. User launches 'Architect'. Inside "TM1 Architect: Server Explorer", user double-clicks on the TM1 service that they wish to log into. User tries to logon using a TM1 database user (for example the user "Admin"). User receives error message.
