Troubleshooting
Problem
When you attempt to load a module view that has sorting enabled, IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next encounters an error and the module view fails to load.
Symptom
The error message, states that "An error has occurred while processing a server request. the server returned this error code: 400
ID CRRRW7553E: A message that was received from the server indicates an error with no specific handler"
When the message is expanded by expanding "Show Details", then the pertinent part of the message is a Db2 Error relating to Insufficient data. ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=08001
The full message is:

java.lang.RuntimeException: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.DisconnectNonTransientConnectionException: [jcc][t4][2030][11211][4.26.14] A communication error occurred during operations on the connection's underlying socket, socket input stream, or socket output stream. Error location: Reply.fill() - insufficient data (-1). Message: Insufficient data. ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=08001
