Regarding Load Source Migrations, the IBM iGSC does not provide end-to-end planning support, verification, or validation of Load Source Migrations.
The IBM iGSC continues to provide software support for related aspects such as assistance with Service Tools, Rack configurations, Work with Disk Units functions, Installation of Licensed Internal Code, determining PTF, Server Firmware, and HMC levels, installing Licensed Internal Code, and the other supported areas, business as usual. Unsupported processes will not be analyzed by the IBM iGSC.
End-To-End LSM planning and validation is performed by either IBM Lab Services ((https://www.ibm.com/it-infrastructure/us-en/resources/campaignmail/mail/us-en/technologyservices/) or IBM field Hardware support, both of which are billable and handled directly from the client, Business Partner, or IBM marketing representative.
